Getting the Details Right

We take great care to ensure all information on our website is accurate, from prices to product descriptions. All prices include VAT. While we do our best to show fabric and headboard colours accurately, how they appear on your screen can depend on your monitor's settings. For this reason, we can't guarantee a perfect colour match between your screen and the final product.

To help your order and delivery go as smoothly as possible, please take a moment to consider the following:

  • Access: Can the furniture be delivered easily? Check door widths, tight corners, stairs, and passageways.
  • Fit: Have you measured to ensure the new furniture will fit perfectly in your room?
  • Your Choices: Do you know which range, items, and colours you'd like?
  • Payment: How would you like to pay for your new furniture?

Confirming Your Order

Every mattress and divan we sell is proudly handmade to be perfect for you. Because we create these items based on your specific choices, placing an order forms a legally binding contract. Your statutory rights, including any rights to cancel, remain unaffected.

Processing and Delivery Times

We'll give you an estimated delivery time when you place your order. As soon as your items are ready, we’ll contact you to arrange a firm delivery date. We aim to deliver on the first available vehicle to your area, as we have limited storage space. While we do everything we can to meet the estimated date, sometimes delays happen that are outside of our control. If this occurs, we promise to keep you fully informed.

On Delivery Day

Once your order has been collected by our delivery carrier, it can no longer be cancelled. If a delivery attempt fails because no one is home or access is not possible, our carrier will try to redeliver. Please note that additional charges for this service will apply.

How to Pay

We accept debit or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) and electronic bank transfers. Please contact us for bank transfer details. For your security, we strongly advise against sending cash in the post and cannot accept responsibility for it.

Cancellation Policy

If you order a standard item online or by phone without viewing it in a showroom, you have the right to amend your bed specifications within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order will be processed and changes may not be possible. Please note that this right does not apply to items that have already entered production or are custom-made to your specifications.

Important Note on Mattresses & Beds: For hygiene reasons, all beds and mattresses are delivered in sealed plastic wrapping. This allows you to inspect the item without breaking the seal. If the wrapping is unsealed, the item is considered used and cannot be returned unless it is faulty or not as described.

If you choose to return an item, you are responsible for taking good care of it until it is collected. Please use appropriate packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Our 3-Year Guarantee

We have great confidence in our products and offer a 3-year guarantee on all our handmade furniture and mattresses. This guarantee starts from the date of delivery and covers manufacturing defects in the frame and spring construction. This guarantee applies to Mainland UK only and does not affect your statutory rights.
