Our Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your new bed. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help. We’ll always accept a return within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item arrives damaged or faulty.
- You received the wrong item (e.g., incorrect size, colour, or product).
- The item doesn't match the description on our website.
If your situation isn’t covered here but you’re still not satisfied, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’re here to help and will do our best to make it right.
A Few Key Conditions for Returns
To ensure a smooth and easy return process, please keep the following in mind:
Item Condition:
To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging, ready for our delivery team to collect.
Changes & Cancellations (for Custom-Made Items):
Because our beds are handmade just for you, we begin the manufacturing process very quickly.
You have a 12-hour window after placing your order to request any changes.
After this, your bed is typically in production. If you request to cancel after the item has been made, a 60% fee of your total order value will be retained to cover the non-refundable costs of the custom materials and labour.
Collection and Refund Processing:
Once your item is back with us, our team will inspect it. If everything is in good order, we will process your full refund (including any delivery charges) within 5 working days.
A Note on Hygiene:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on mattresses, divans, or mattress protectors if the original sealed packaging has been opened.
For Assembled Items:
If an item required assembly, it must be fully disassembled and placed back into its original packaging before collection.
A Couple of Final, Important Notes
Ensuring a Perfect Fit:
Please measure your space carefully to ensure your new furniture will fit through doorways and into your room of choice. For our larger headboards, we offer a "split" option to make delivery easier—we highly recommend this for trickier spaces!
