Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If not, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. We’ll arrange a two-person collection at no cost to you, and once the item is back and checked, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days.
1) Your right to return (30 days)
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To start a return, email hello@luxury-beds.co.uk
with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a pickup address/availability.
Our team will confirm a collection date and provide any packing guidance.
2) Return method & cost
We arrange collection via a two-person team and cover all return shipping costs.
Collection is from the delivery address (or another UK mainland address you specify).
3) Condition of returned items
Please return items in their original condition with all parts, accessories, and fixings.
Keep original packaging where possible. If you no longer have it, please ensure suitable protective packaging.
If an item has been handled beyond what’s necessary to check its features and fit, we may make a reasonable deduction to reflect any loss in value, as permitted by law.
4) Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will repair, replace, or refund and cover all collection/return costs.
5) Refunds (timing & method)
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of the item being received back and inspected.
Depending on your card issuer or bank, funds may take a little longer to appear on your statement.
6) Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange, let us know when you request the return. We’ll confirm stock and arrange the swap (like-for-like pricing or any difference settled prior to delivery).
7) Missed or failed collections
If a collection is missed because the item isn’t available or access isn’t possible, we’ll happily rebook. Please let us know in advance if you need to change your collection date.
